1974-1985
Saadallah Khalil arrives in Senegal and lays the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
1986
Launch of the first hair extensions manufacturing facility in Senegal.
1987–1996
Pan-African expansion of the hair extensions business into 12 African countries.
1992
Entry into the FMCG sector in Senegal, starting with toothpaste production.
1999
Establishment of foam & mattress and plastic shoe factories in Senegal.
2003-2006
Regional expansion of the foam & mattress division into Cameroon, the DRC, and Mozambique.
2008
Diversification into detergent and cleaning agent manufacturing in Cameroon.
2011–2015
Strategic partnership with Godrej Consumer Products through the partial sale of the hair extensions division.
2012
First investment in real estate development in Lebanon.
2014
Partnerships established in plastic packaging, greenhouse manufacturing, and recycling across Jordan and Turkey.
2015
Establishment of the SLK family office in Beirut, marking the start of strategic investments in financial markets and private equity.

Expansion of the FMCG portfolio in Cameroon with the launch of new food products.
